About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead production teams, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive operational efficiency. You’ll develop talent, manage performance, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise all production personnel and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
  • Monitor processes and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Organize and adjust work schedules to meet production demands.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Participate in facility metrics reporting and support Wis‑Pak’s strategic goals.
  • Enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents with appropriate follow‑up.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.

You’ll Bring
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong communication, team‑building, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes.
  • Willingness to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
