We are a skilled 108 bed nursing facility with a tradition of providing quality care to residents who need personal assistance, rehabilitation services, or other special personal assistance. These services are provided in an atmosphere of dignity and respect by our highly qualified, professional staff.
Heritage of Bel-Air is located in Norfolk, NE, near the corner of 13th Street & Benjamin Avenue.
The residents of our facility enjoy a full range of activities and services. We offer recreation activities, transportation, deluxe private or companion rooms, an in-house beautician, a beautiful chapel, restorative nursing care, and physical, speech and occupational therapies. Hospice services are also available to complete our continuum of care provided. We also offer independent housing.
Heritage of Bel-Air is approved for Medicare and Medicaid. Our rehabilitation program assists residents in achieving their highest level of functioning. Many return home and follow up with outpatient therapy. Skilled and dedicated staff come to know residents like family. Special care and true concern for each person’s well-being are hallmarks of Heritage of Bel-Air, and everything we do is based on the belief that individuals deserve Dignity in Life.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) based in Norfolk, NE. The RN/LPN will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a healthcare team to implement care plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting patients and their families with care-related education and guidance.

Qualifications- Valid and current RN or LPN license with experience in patient care and medication administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, documentation practices, and medical record management
- Ability to assess patient needs, monitor progress, and adapt care plans accordingly
- Compassionate approach with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare settings is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification are preferred
