Certified Medication Aide - Part-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. This part-time, day-shift role focuses on providing safe and accurate medication administration, as well as supporting the overall well-being of residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. The ideal candidate demonstrates a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents.

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report any concerns to the licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration accurately in residents’ medical records.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed, including meals, mobility, and personal care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide emotional support, particularly in the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, residents, and families regarding resident care needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Current 40-hour Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of Nebraska.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
