Civil Engineering Position
Thompson, Dreessen & Dorner, Inc., a leading civil engineering firm based in Omaha, NE, is seeking a talented Civil Engineer with at least an (EI) license to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, strong technical abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions for infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities- Designing and overseeing various civil engineering projects
- Conducting site investigations
- Preparing design plans, specifications, reports
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
