Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
As a Controls Engineer on our team, you will support and improve automation systems across multiple Wisconsin manufacturing sites, focusing on system reliability, performance optimization, and data‑driven operations. Your role involves programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining control and networking systems while collaborating with engineering, operations, and IT teams on upgrades and expansions.

- Focus on system reliability, performance optimization, and data‑driven operations
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain control and networking systems
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams on upgrades and expansions
- BS in a related field
- 3+ years of controls engineering experience within manufacturing environments
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Logix programming
- HMI development with Factory Talk, Aveva, or equivalent
- Experience in food processing, dairy, or beverage manufacturing industry
- Project management experience
