Position Summary:
Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for an ERP SOX Compliance & Office Administrator to support and administer ERP-related SOX compliance activities and operational processes for the ERP Applications team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of IT, ERP, or compliance administration experience supporting internal controls, documentation management, and operational coordination within a structured corporate environment.
This position will primarily focus on supporting the ERP Applications team in maintaining compliance standards and administrative oversight.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage a detailed calendar of SOX compliance control obligations and deadlines to ensure timely completion of required activities.
- Coordinate and ensure proper, accurate, and timely execution of IT/ERP SOX controls.
- Collect, review, and maintain control-related documentation and audit evidence to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Organize, track, and ensure timely approval of agreements and invoices related:
- Managed Services
- Software License Maintenance
- External Partner Services
- Serve as an administrative liaison between ERP team members, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
- Support internal and external audit requests related to ERP systems and IT controls.
- Assist with process improvements to strengthen compliance documentation and workflow efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in ERP administration, IT compliance, SOX compliance support, or related operational support role
- Working knowledge of SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs) and ERP control environments
- Experience maintaining compliance calendars, tracking deadlines, and coordinating documentation
- Strong documentation, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Experience supporting audits and gathering control evidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
