Qualifications (Base Requirements)- High school graduate
- One year business or secretarial experience preferred
- Efficient and accurate typing skills
- Successful completion of district background check
- Computer literacy and proficiency with digital platforms such as:
Google, Excel, Word, Adobe, PDF, etc. is essential - Effective communicator (both orally and in writing)
- Self‑motivated to work with minimal supervision when necessary
- Ability to efficiently operate various office equipment (copiers, scanners, phones, printers, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public relation skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co‑workers, and other stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency with technology and demonstrated ability to apply digital skills in various programs:
Microsoft Office Suite and district programs such as: (SUI, Infinite Campus, Google, etc.). - Ability to operate as a team member.
- Ability to multitask.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training as requested.
- High School/Trade School degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
- Ability to work varied hours as requested including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- Ability to work in a smoke‑free and drug‑free work environment.
