Halco Lighting Technologies, one of the US fastest growing lighting suppliers, is seeking a Logistics/Traffic analyst for its supply chain department.

• Coordinate all SSL routing lanes, MQC, bookings, confirmations and intercontinental traffic for shipments.
• Reconcile and approve AP invoices for Ocean, Inland and import documents.
• Update import arrival data, update POs with most current delivery date and coordinate container delivery to distribution centers with Company's drayage carriers.
• Confirm NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) bookings and track/monitor market changes
• Ensure all Importing documents (BOL, CI, PL, COO & ISF) files are accurate and delivered to brokerage team in a timely manner.
• Support annual accounts payable audit process, ensuring all import documents are complete
• Ensure timely customs clearing and drayage (Port to DC)
• Deliver accurate HTS classification and communication to appropriate parties.
• Monitor and update ocean and inland freight estimate tool.
• Monitor duty entry information from Company's customs broker for accuracy and direct post summary corrections as needed.
• Coordinate ocean carrier, drayage, and broker annual contract negotiations.
• Work with the distribution center teams and supply chain team to Investigate and resolve warehouse PO receiving discrepancies.
• Provide monthly import metric updates to leadership team.

• Minimum of (2) years logistics and international logistics import experience - Asia suppliers experience preferred
• Advanced MS Excel a plus
• Bachelors in Logistics or supply chain management preferred
• Must be detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work onsite - local candidates preferred
