Courier Driver; Independent Contractor

Overview

Are you looking to make a difference while being your own boss? Dash Courier & Logistics is looking for Independent Contract Couriers to use your late model vehicle (Car, SUV, Minivan, Small Cargo Van, Regular Cargo Van, or Sprinter Van). You will operate as an Independent Contractor. Pay range figures listed are not a guarantee and may vary based on the number of jobs completed.

Dash Courier supports major medical facilities and other industries with same‑day rush deliveries of important, sometimes lifesaving, packages. Most work is On‑Demand (orders are called in and delivered the same day). Occasional scheduled and routed work may be available when our primary on‑demand customers desire it. Dash Courier & Logistics operates 24/7/365 and we are onboarding drivers for all shifts, specifically those with open availability.

Consistent availability (8+ hours/day) and strong attention to detail help drive success. Client instructions and compliance to meet customer requirements will be provided.

Independent Contractor

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Social Security Card or Proof of Citizenship (Required)
• Current up‑to‑date Vehicle Registration for the vehicle you will be driving (Required)
• Current Vehicle Insurance Declarations Page showing Minimum Auto Policy Liability Limits of $100K/$300K/$50K per accident (Required)
• Newer smartphone with GPS capability (Required)
• Must have a good MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and pass a background check performed by a third party (Required)
• Experience in same day, local and long‑distance delivery (Preferred)

Applicants must be 21 years of age to qualify. Individuals with diverse life/work experiences — including courier, patient services, commercial/industrial, or airport recovery/tendering backgrounds — are preferred. Professional appearance and attitude are expected. Perfect for retirees or those re‑entering the workforce.

Hours:

All hours (24/7/365). Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Contract.

Masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves will be provided.

Pay: $42,663.00 - $51,141.00 per year. Expected hours: 10‑40 hours per week.
