Wiginton Fire Systems - Atlanta (Norcross) Branch is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews in the installation of water-based fire protection systems throughout the greater Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a leader who takes pride in high-quality installations, mentoring crews, and delivering projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train crews in the installation of fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, and fire pumps
• Execute work according to fire protection design drawings and NFPA standards
• Manage and track materials delivered to job sites
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, thread, and install piping systems
• Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to maintain schedule and quality
• Maintain daily documentation and jobsite reports
• Mentor apprentices and helpers to develop the next generation of talent
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Pressure test and inspect piping systems for leaks and code compliance
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts at heights over 40 feet

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of fire sprinkler installation experience, with at least 1-2 years as a foreman
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet all insurance requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and job planning skills
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, fire code requirements, and jobsite safety
• Journeyman certification (preferred)
• Must be able to work independently and in physically demanding environments
• Only candidates with relevant fire sprinkler installation and foreman experience will be considered
