Now we are looking for aSales Managerto help take Zip String to the next level as we expand across major retailers, global partners, and new product categories.

The Role

This is not a maintenance role. This is abuild and scalerole.

As Sales Manager, you will own and drive Zip String’s sales strategy across retail, distribution, and strategic partnerships. You will work directly with leadership to shape how our products reach millions of customers worldwide.

You will help transform momentum into sustained growth while protecting what makes Zip String special: innovation, authenticity, and wonderment.

What You’ll Do Lead Growth
  • Develop and execute Zip String’s global sales strategy
  • Expand relationships with major retailers and distributors
  • Identify and open new channels and markets
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong margins
Build Relationships
  • Own key retail and partner relationships
  • Represent Zip String in buyer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Negotiate pricing, programs, and long term partnerships
  • Become a trusted partner to buyers and distributors
Build the Sales Engine
  • Create scalable sales processes and forecasting systems
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams
  • Analyze performance data to guide strategy and decisions
  • Help recruit and develop future sales talent
Champion the Brand
  • Ensure every partnership reflects the Zip String mission
  • Bring energy and vision to how we present products to the world
Who You Are

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of sales leadership experience (consumer products, toys, or retail preferred)
  • Have successfully grown revenue through major retail accounts
  • Understand how buyers think and how retail actually works
  • Are both strategic and hands on
  • Thrive in fast moving entrepreneurial environments
  • Love building something meaningful, not just managing a pipeline
  • Believe play, creativity, and curiosity matter
