Our client designs and installs custom closets and cabinetry for homeowners throughout the Atlanta area. They focus on quality craftsmanship, functional design, and excellent customer service. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated sales professional to join their team.
The OpportunityThis is a performance-driven sales role for someone who is confident meeting homeowners, presenting custom solutions, and closing deals. You will work with qualified prospects, guide them through the sales process, and help convert opportunities into completed projects.
What You Will Do- Conduct in-home consultations for custom closets and cabinetry
- Lead sales presentations and discuss design options with homeowners
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with clients to create custom design concepts that meet their specifications and preferences
- Utilize design software to create layouts and visualizations for client presentations
- Present pricing, address objections, and close sales
- Follow up with prospects to secure signed contracts
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and customer communication
- Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion
- Assist in finalizing designs and specifications before project initiation
- Stay up to date on design trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Proven sales experience (home improvement, remodeling, cabinetry, or related fields preferred)
- Comfortable selling $5,000–$25,000+ projects
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Base Salary: $3,000 per month ($36,000 annually)
Commission: 8% on all closed sales (uncapped commissions)
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
- Average Performer: $90,000–$110,000 annually
- Strong Performer: $120,000–$150,000+ annually
- Top Performers: $175,000+ annually (earnings depend on sales performance, lead flow, and closed projects)
- Full-time position with flexible schedule
- Evening and weekend appointments as needed
