Sales Associate – Mondelēz International

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking by representing world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other industry‑leading snacks. Work with nationally recognized customers including Walmart, Ralphs, Target and more, stocking shelves, building displays and ensuring our products are well represented.

• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez’ visit method to cover teammates as needed.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked and maintained following Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily route plan prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays and new product launches.
• Work with Merchandisers to keep inventory fully stocked, rotated and presentable at all times.

• Base salary range: $42,000 to $44,000, depending on experience, skills and education.
• Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program, with the possibility of over‑achievement based on performance and company results.

• Minimum 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical requirements such as repetitive lifting, bending and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Norcross, GA.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations such as Sandy Springs, GA.
• Full schedule availability required.

Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program. No relocation support is available.
