Inventory Specialist – Retail

Overview

Select Shades LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist – Retail Support to help ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence across our retail store network. This role plays a critical part in supporting store replenishment, warehouse accuracy, and fulfillment quality across both retail and events operations.

Select Shades LLC | Norcross, GA (On-site)

• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy within our inventory systems
• Verify accuracy of inventory allocations shipped to retail store locations
• Ensure correct SKUs, quantities, and assortments are picked and shipped for retail replenishment and special programs
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory, warehouse systems, and store reports
• Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions
• Maintain organization, labeling, and storage standards within the warehouse
• Pack, unpack, receive, and stage merchandise within required timelines
• Communicate with retail store teams to document and resolve inventory issues
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and retail support teams to ensure operational alignment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
• Reliability and trustworthiness when handling high-value merchandise
• Clear communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience with inventory control or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to work on your feet in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks as required
• Comfortable working in a secure warehouse environment with video surveillance
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with flexibility as needed for projects
