Store Associate - Indian Trail – Lilburn at Xhale City

In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring fast, friendly, and excellent service while providing accurate product information, selling based on customer needs, keeping the store clean and well‑stocked, and staying up to date with new products.

• Provide fast, friendly, and excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
• Offer accurate product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Keep the store clean, clutter–free, and well‑restocked.
• Stay current with new product offerings.

• High School diploma and/or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with products within our industry is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliability and willingness to grow in a fast‑paced and expanding company.
