QA Supervisor

Vaco Atlanta is hiring a QA Supervisor to join our client's regulated and rapidly growing organization. The supervisor will lead production-related quality activities with strong visibility and long-term growth potential.

$95,000 - $105,000 annually

• Take ownership of all production QA responsibilities
• Review customer purchase orders, specifications, and quality requirements
• Approve quality plans, test procedures, non-conformance reports, and certifications
• Schedule and assign quality resources to meet deadlines
• Communicate directly with customers and vendors
• Travel 15-25% domestically for audits and witness activities
• Adapt to shifting production priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years supervising quality activities in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Prior experience as a Quality Engineer
• ISO 9001 or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
