Production Automation Associate
The Production Automation Associate
is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting a variety of automated production equipment to ensure efficient,accurate, and safe manufacturing workflow. This role involves setting up automated systems, performing routine equipment checks, dispensing buffers,observingequipment performance, and responding to basic operational issues.
Operate,monitor, and adjust automated filling, capping, labeling, and liquid handling equipment in accordance with established SOPs and work instructions.
Perform pre-operation checks, verify correct components (bottles/caps), and record setup parameters.
Responsible for periodic maintenance of the equipmentperestablished standards.
Sorting, packaging,and labelingof componentsaccording to company/regulatory policies.
Operate basic laboratory and production equipment as needed to support daily manufacturing tasks.
Complete documentation for traceability and ensure proper labeling andcomponenthandling.
Work collaboratively with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process related issues.
Follow all applicable company SOPs and adhere to ISO quality and environmental management system requirements.
Comply with company, industry, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
Performadditionaldutiesassigned to support business needs
What you will need:Able tolift and move materials up to 50lbs.and perform repetitive motions while following ergonomic best practices to minimize strain.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how automated equipment functions.
Experience with Microsoft Office– Excel,Word,Outlook,Teams
Able to obtain respirator certification upon hire
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
What you will bring:Associates or Bachelor’sdegree inone of thebiological or physical sciences
At least 1-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing
Experienceoperatingautomated filling, capping, or packaging machinery.
Experience working with an ERP system
