You will maintain the reliability of our network by configuring Ring Central cloud services. Your daily tasks include troubleshooting circuit issues, integrating voice services with our data networks, and using JAMF to manage a corporate iPhone fleet. You will also coordinate with vendors and analyze system traffic to ensure uninterrupted service.
Key Requirements- Proven experience with Ring Central platforms.
- Experience with enterprise phone systems and cloud solutions for mobile device fleet.
- Hands-on experience managing JAMF MDM.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex circuit, switching, and connectivity problems.
