Vaco is currently representing a growing PE‑backed organization in the North Atlanta area in the search for a manager of accounting & FP&A.
Duties- Month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial modeling
- KPI analysis
- Variance analysis
- Implementation of a new financial reporting system
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4-8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, controllership, and/or FP&A
- Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-growing, multi-entity environment preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit processes
- Advanced Excel
- Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
- Track record of professional growth, ownership, and stability
- Strong communicator with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
