Job Summary
Our large, growing client is seeking an Income Tax Manager to join their team. The Income Tax Manager will be responsible for partnering with the team on provisions and compliance. The company offers a hybrid work environment and room for growth and promotion.
Responsibilities- Manage preparation and review of federal, state, and foreign income tax returns
- Participate in M&A integration functions
- Identify and communicate income tax issues and solutions to business matters
- Manage special projects as assigned, including tax planning and developing new processes
- Oversee income tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess impact on the company
