A growing clean-energy manufacturing company is seeking a Process Chemist to support and optimize silicon solar cell production. This is a hands-on, onsite role working directly with process engineers to analyze materials, troubleshoot process issues, and improve product performance in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on lab experience (industry or academic research)
- Strong understanding of lab safety and hazardous chemical handling

- Experience with analytical or materials characterization techniques
- Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate findings to technical teams
- Willingness to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, including occasional off-hours work

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with silicon materials, semiconductors, or photovoltaic manufacturing
- Exposure to minority carrier lifetime testing (QSSPC, microwave PCD)
- Familiarity with XRF, ICP-MS, EDS, or defect analysis techniques
- Microscopy experience (optical or electron)
- Understanding of how process chemistry impacts silicon performance and efficiency
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
