Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization.
  • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and manage resources effectively to meet production targets.

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
