Location: Norcross, GA (Hybrid after 90 days)
Pay: $95,000-$105,000 base + bonus
Travel: 15-25% depending on project activity
Our client is a global manufacturer of complex industrial equipment used in high-volume production environments. They provide long-term service agreements, equipment lifecycle support, and engineered solutions for customers across the Americas. Their organization is growing rapidly, offering a collaborative environment with strong visibility and direct customer interaction.
They are looking for you-a motivated Project Manager, Maintenance, ideally with around 2+ years of experience, who can oversee maintenance agreement execution from start to finish. This role is not hands-on technical, but highly customer-facing and requires someone polished, organized, and comfortable managing projects tied to large-scale industrial equipment.
This is a direct-hire role and open due to growth. You will join a well-established team of 16 other Project Managers.
What you get to do:
• Manage all activities tied to long-term maintenance agreements for industrial equipment
• Serve as the primary customer contact for scheduling, planning, and contract execution
• Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts, audits, and service activities
• Control project costs, timelines, and overall contractual performance
• Oversee shipments, parts coordination, installation planning, and third-party suppliers
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure customer acceptance and documentation at contract interval completions
• Identify potential upsell opportunities during the lifecycle of the agreement
• Collaborate with internal technical teams, planners, and field technicians
• Support risk management planning and mitigation strategies
What you need to succeed:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field
• 2-5+ years of project management experience (industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment preferred)
• Experience supporting installation, commissioning, or equipment overhauls is a plus
• Ability to read/interpret engineering documents, manuals, and technical drawings
• Strong communication, customer-facing, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with staff coordination and managing multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project and ERP/SAP experience preferred
• Ability to travel 15-25% within the Americas
