Bilingual Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly non‑exempt position).
Monthly new lease and renewal and quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. • At least three years of experience on an apartment community with two years as Assistant Community Manager.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week, as needed to post rent.

Work Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday on rent days.
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
