Job Responsibilities:
Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plansAssist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling studentsProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressLead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group settingManage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessionsMentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staffTeach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practicesBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesSupport the maintenance of a safe & clean and professional learning environmentServe as the point person in case the Center Director is unavailableAssist with administrative tasks as neededQualifications:
Passion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsEagerness to learn and be trainedAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilitiesExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IWillingness to develop leadership abilitiesProficiency in computer skillsDetail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger pictureAdditional Benefits:
