Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Distribution Operations Manager, this position is responsible for providing customer service for all types of post‑sale requests.

Essential Duties

• As a backup, answer incoming phone calls to the main operator extension and route appropriately.
• Expedite and track orders.
• Provide freight charges and invoice requests.
• Process returns.
• Confirm orders.
• Assist distribution team members as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have any direct reports or supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
