Transdev in Norcross, GA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer-service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

$17.00 per hour

• Vacation: up to 14 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs/month full‑time, 5 hrs/month part‑time

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a standard telephone system.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
