Position: Office Manager for Restoration Company

Advanta Clean provides 24/7 emergency services with water, fire and mold damage.

Responsibilities of an Office Manager:
  • Overseeing employees to ensure they submit paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Occasionally answering calls and emails from customers and vendors and directing them to relevant staff if needed.
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory.
  • Previous basic accounting experience including A/P and A/R.
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and a professional image and demeanor.
  • Maintains and controls the paper flow of work orders, time sheets, time cards, and personnel records.
  • Assumes responsibility for all office-related tasks.
  • Support the Management Team in daily administrative functions.
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
  • Ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation.
  • Assist owner with other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Proven experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistant.
  • Experience in Restoration is preferred.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in trade shows, event planning or community outreach.

Schedule:

Full‑time, this is an in office position however a hybrid schedule will be considered for the right candidate, Monday‑Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Pay:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience.
