Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Legal Secretary in Norcross, GA. This vibrant role is the heartbeat of our immigration law practice, driving seamless office operations through exceptional administrative support. You’ll manage schedules, handle client communications, process payments, and keep our firm running smoothly with your organizational prowess and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances, keeping our team on track with flawless coordination.
  • Answer phones and manage emails, delivering warm, professional responses to client and vendor inquiries.
  • Prepare and format correspondence, memos, and administrative documents with precision and care.
  • Process client payments and record transactions to maintain accurate office records.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and supplies, ensuring an efficient and orderly workplace.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including meeting setups, travel arrangements, and vendor interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and strong time management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and scheduling tools.
  • Experience in a legal setting is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate professionally.
