Job Summary

Randstad Finance & Accounting (Tatum) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with an electrical contracting client in Norcross, GA.

Salary: $60,000 - 65,000 per year

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing A/P invoices—including scanning, coding, and matching—and obtaining necessary approvals from Project Managers. Additional responsibilities include processing American Express invoices, answering phones, and managing incoming mail.

• Education & Experience:
  
  Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within the service or construction industry.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in intermediate Excel is required. Experience with SAGE 300 (Construction) is preferred but not required.
• Professional
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism and be effective team players.
