Senior Accountant - North Metro Atlanta

$100,000–$125,000 base

This Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller opportunity is with a growing manufacturing organization in North Metro Atlanta that values accuracy, process improvement, and strong financial leadership.

As the Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller, you will:

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations

• Manage general ledger activity and prepare financial statements and reporting packages

• Partner with the Controller on internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness

• Support process improvements across accounting operations and reporting workflows

• Work with financial systems and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency

We are open to a range of strong backgrounds. Ideal candidates for the Senior Accountant / Assistant Controller role will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)

• Progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of GAAP and monthly close processes

(Manufacturing experience is required for this role.)
