Roofer

Armstrong & Aceves is a trusted name in commercial roofing, known for delivering high-quality, durable roofing solutions across the region. With decades of combined experience, we specialize in single ply roofing systems and built-up roofing for a wide range of commercial structures-from retail centers to industrial facilities.
We're expanding our team and looking for skilled Roofers to join us on upcoming commercial projects. Each job is approached with precision and care to ensure top-tier results. You'll be part of a dedicated crew of 5-10, reporting to an experienced Foreman, and working on-site from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair single ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM)

• Work on commercial roofing projects with varying crew sizes (8-25)

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

• Arrive on-site promptly at 7:00 AM and work until 3:30 PM

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-10 years of roofing experience, including built-up roofing and single ply systems

• Proven experience on commercial roofing projects

• Ability to drive to job sites and work 100% on-site

• Comfortable working on crews ranging from 8 to 25 people

• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to quality craftsmanship
Able to describe past projects and the types of roofing systems installed
