Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store measurements and layout initiatives.
• Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hang store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding; strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills; interpersonal skills; self-direction; and ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions
Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor surfaces; variable shifts; promote safety and productivity.

Physical Requirements
Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds; push/pull heavy loads; lift overhead; stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders; move throughout the store; communicate effectively; handle contact with birds/poultry; and operate equipment safely.
