LOGISTICIAN

Job Summary

The Logistician is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and documenting the lifecycle of government-furnished property, supplies, and technical equipment across program sites. The role supports acquisition planning, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and configuration tracking in accordance with DoD supply chain policies and federal accountability standards. Position is ON SITE in Corona, CA.

• Track receipt, transfer, and disposal of property and material assets
• Maintain inventory databases and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate movement of assets
• Support audits and inspections of warehouse and material records
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD logistics requirements
• Support packaging, labeling, and configuration tracking activities
• Assist with acquisition documentation and vendor coordination

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking software
• Ability to lift and move moderate loads (up to 50 lbs.)
• DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship

• Familiarity with DPAS, IUID, or other government asset systems
• Experience with government property accountability and audit prep
