Hours: Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week

Fishe is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse and Retail Supervisor to lead daily operations within our storefront, warehouse and fulfillment center. This position plays a critical role in inventory management, staff supervision, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination for both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about creating operational excellence across departments.

Inventory & Fulfillment Operations

Oversee inventory management through cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Wholesale Sales, Marketing and Product Teams

Fulfill DTC, wholesale, and corporate orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments.

Manage product tagging and re-pricing.

Handle inter-department transfers and prepare merchandise for store display.

Supervise pull-and-pack processes for all wholesale, DTC and event order types.

Performing cycle counts as needed and ensure all inventory is organized and easy to count

Manage Warehouse + Retail staffing and scheduling.

Lead recruitment and onboarding of new warehouse team members.

Train staff on Warehouse + Retail processes, order systems, fulfillment standards, and Customer Service on Sales Floor

Track labor hours versus revenue; control overtime and approve time sheets via Homebase before submitting to the Director Of Operations.

Prepare and ship products for local events, trade shows, and the Whittier kiosk.

Coordinate shipping for the Fishe Brand Ambassador Program.

Support in-person event operations in Anchorage and other DTC venues.

Oversee wholesale shipping and invoicing.

Assist with merchandising needs in stores.

Coordinate logistics and stock for events and pop-ups.

Support Downtown Anchorage location with parking and store hours logistics.

Retail sales management – assist retail customers on sales floor and phone calls

Oversee and manage retail employees

Weekend availability as needed

2-3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or retail operations experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in inventory management systems and the Shopify platform, bonus if you have Thrive/Shopventory experience.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving needs.

Familiarity with Homebase or similar time tracking/payroll systems is a plus.

Pay range $45,000 - $50,000.00 annual salary, depending on experience
