Position Overview:

Marketing & Communications Manager

Chugach is seeking a results-oriented Marketing and Communications Manager to serve as the strategic marketing lead for our Business Enterprise (BE) holding companies. This is a growth-focused role responsible for driving brand visibility, supporting revenue objectives, strengthening customer engagement, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and business development priorities.

The role centers on three core areas:

  • Strategic Marketing Execution – Developing and implementing integrated campaigns that support business growth, M&A integration, Arctic market positioning, and customer acquisition.
  • Digital & Brand Leadership – Managing website content, social media strategy, analytics, content development, and brand consistency across multiple operating companies.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management – Partnering with executive leadership, business development teams, government relations, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-time marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience (6–10 preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in campaign strategy, digital marketing, and brand management
  • Strong writing and editing skills (AP Style proficiency required; writing samples required)
  • Experience with social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook), CMS platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and vendors simultaneously
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including experience representing organizations at conferences or industry events
