The Fitness Manager is a PT business leader responsible for driving Personal Training revenue across 3–5 gyms, training and developing trainers, ensuring world-class client results, and delivering a disciplined, high-performance fitness environment. This role directly contributes to building WTF Gyms into a world-class fitness brand through revenue growth, service excellence, trainer quality, and client transformations.

Key Responsibilities
1⃣ Personal Training Revenue Leadership (Primary KPI)
● Own PT revenue target of ₹12–25 lakhs per month across assigned gyms.
● Drive PT conversions from trials, demos, and client consultations.
● Implement strategies to increase renewals, upsells, bundle sessions, and long-term PT plans.
● Support trainers in closing PT sales through joint pitches, client meetings, and assessments.
2⃣ Trainer Training & Performance Development
● Train trainers on: ○ PT sales techniques ○ Client assessment & BCA analysis ○ Program design & progression ○ Session structure & retention ○ Customer service excellence
● Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify low performers, and create improvement plans.
● Build a high-performance PT team with discipline, grooming, and brand-standard behavior.
3⃣ Client Result & Transformation Management
● Create structured training journeys for PT clients.
● Ensure trainers are delivering results-focused programs.
● Track client progress through BCA, posture checks, and periodic assessments.
● Build a monthly transformation dashboard showcasing client success stories.
● Maintain a minimum 80% client satisfaction score.
4⃣ BCA Tracking, Trials, and Conversions
● Monitor all: ○ Fitness assessments ○ BCA reports ○ Trials ○ Follow-ups ○ PT sales discussions
● Ensure minimum 40–60 trials/week across assigned gyms.
● Achieve trial-to-PT conversion ratio of 25–35%.
5⃣ Trainer Deployment & Floor Quality
● Allocate trainers strategically based on skillset, demand, and PT pipeline.
● Ensure gyms have 100% trainer availability and coverage during peak hours.
● Maintain grooming, uniform, etiquette, and flow standard of trainers.
● Conduct surprise audits to ensure floor discipline and service excellence.
6⃣ Client Experience & Retention
● Attend to premium PT clients, escalations, and special cases.
● Provide top-tier PT services when needed to ensure high-value client success.
● Build strong relationships with members and convert them into long-term clients.
● Ensure minimum 70% PT retention rate across centers.
7⃣ Reporting & Analytics
● Maintain weekly and monthly PT business trackers.
● Track: ○ PT revenue per trainer ○ Active clients ○ Renewals ○ Trainer utilization ○ Client progress reports
● Share structured weekly updates with Regional Fitness Head.
8⃣ Culture, Discipline & Brand Standards
● Build a culture of fitness excellence and customer obsession in each gym.
● Ensure trainers represent WTF Gyms as world-class professionals.
● Promote innovation: new group sessions, micro-challenges, transformation programs. Additional Responsibilities
● Conduct monthly 'Trainer Masterclass' for skill enhancement.
● Introduce PT buddy system to improve teamwork and referrals.
● Assist marketing team with transformation stories, fitness content, and expert videos.
● Be the face of fitness quality for the assigned cluster.
● Reduce trainer attrition through development, motivation, and coaching.
Skills Required

● Strong fitness & PT knowledge (ACE/ISSA/NASM certified preferred).

● Confident sales & communication skills.
● Leadership and people management capability.

● Data-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.

● Customer-service orientation and client-handling expertise.

● High energy, integrity, professionalism & coaching ability.
Qualifications

● 2–6 years experience in Fitness Management / Personal Training.

● Certification from ACE / ISSA / NASM / Gold's Academy preferred.

Proven track record in PT sales and training delivery.
