Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Supervisor based in Noida. The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of System Aluminum, UPVC windows and doors. Day-to-day tasks include managing and supervising installation teams, ensuring quality control through inspections, managing operational processes, and coordinating project timelines with company and clients to ensure timely completion, and give final handover to the clients.

The role also includes providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
Proven Supervisory Skills and experience managing teams effectively
Strong knowledge of Operations Management and Project Management
Basic understanding of Electricity and technical aspects related to Aluminum and UPVC product installation
Experience in performing quality checks, inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Educational background in engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience in the windows and doors manufacturing and installation industry is a plus
