Area Technician

The area technician will be responsible for carrying out installation, demonstration, preventive maintenance, and repair services for home appliances (such as washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, AC, water purifiers, etc.) within the assigned territory. The role ensures timely and quality service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation and demo of home appliances at customer premises as per standard procedures
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical faults in products efficiently and accurately
Coordinate with the area service manager/call centre for job assignments and escalations
Provide basic product education and usage guidelines to customers during installations and demos
