We are seeking highly motivated Project Coordinators to join our India office. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage client-facing projects in a fast-paced telecom SaaS environment.
Role & responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage telecom SaaS projects from initiation to delivery.
Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement activities.
Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure proactive resolution.
Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or higher degree. Candidates with exposure to American universities education will be preferred.
Currently based in India; willing to work from office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, telecom operations, or project management tools is preferred.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
