Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Area Operations Manager specializing in precious jewelry. The Area Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and processes across multiple retail locations, ensuring optimal performance and high standards. The role includes staff management, training, and mentoring, analyzing sales and operational data, implementing strategies for growth, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Additionally, the manager will collaborate with different stakeholders to meet company objectives and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications
Experience in retail operations, team management, and ensuring smooth store workflows
Proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics and implementing performance improvement strategies
Strong leadership, team development, and staff mentoring skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of the luxury and jewelry industry would be an added advantage
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role, managing activities across multiple locations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional service standards
