Job Description

* Design and implement eye-catching displays to showcase products effectively.

* Design displays that capture customer attention and encourage purchases.

* Ensure all store locations adhere to the brand's visual identity guidelines.

* Work closely with teams to implement effective merchandising strategies.

* Create an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in creating and executing window displays, in-store displays, and promotional setups.

* Collaborate with the retail team to understand brand standards and customer preferences.

* Assist with inventory management and product placement for visual displays.

* Ensure the store layout is well-organized, visually appealing, and aligns with the brand image.

* Support the team in setting up seasonal promotions and campaigns.

* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials needed for displays.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

* Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising

* Good command on English.

* Strong creative skills and an eye for detail is mandatory.

* Basic knowledge of design principles, color theory and layout.

* Team collaboration skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Passion for retail and visual presentation.

* The candidate should be a resident of any of the four southern states.
