Pebble is a fast-growing consumer electronics brand in India, with a strong presence in both offline retail and eCommerce. We are looking for a Product Trainer who can deliver engaging product training to retail partners, internal teams, and distributors to boost product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on products/features.
- Develop concise training materials, demos, and quick-reference guides.
- Ensure frontline teams understand product USPs, positioning, and competitive edge.
- Gather market feedback and share insights with product/marketing teams.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training reports.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in product training or retail/tech sales preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex features into clear, engaging stories.
- Willingness to travel.
