Preventive Maintenance Supervisor
The Preventive Maintenance (P.M.) Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing preventive maintenance activities for all electrical & Mechanical systems and equipment. The role ensures minimal downtime, enhances equipment reliability, and maintains compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Description:
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for all electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, Mechanical, motors, drives, and control systems.
• Identify and resolve potential issues to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company protocols.
• Work closely with the production team to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance and calibration work.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor electrical load efficiency.
• Prepare and share detailed handover and shift reports for smooth operational continuity.
Who can apply:
• Candidates with a Diploma or
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Individuals having 1–2 years of experience in preventive or electrical maintenance within a manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG industry.
• Should have hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, panels, drives, and control circuits.
