Only Candidates from Manufacturing / Engineering Sectors will be considered.
8 – 10 years of experience in SOP drafting, audits, RCA, CAPA, or process excellence in a manufacturing environment.
Certifications preferred: ISO, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Internal Auditor – ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, Lean Management, etc.
SOP Development & Process Standardization :
Study and document current processes across all HO departments (Purchase, Stores, HR, Finance, Sales, Quality, Dispatch, Logistics, etc.) and all manufacturing plants
Internal Audit & Control Improvement :
Conduct periodic internal audits covering processes, controls, documentation, compliance, and operational adherence to SOPs.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA Implementation :
Lead root cause analysis for process deviations, operational issues, stock discrepancies, quality concerns, or audit findings.
Stock Audits & Inventory Control :
Conduct quarterly audits of raw materials, consumables, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods at all plant locations.
