Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable national regulations.
Lead a geographically dispersed team of EHS professionals, ensuring consistent safety practices across all locations.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement control measures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Oversee incident investigations using RCA, 5 Why, and fishbone analysis; ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and analyse EHS performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across all operational sites.
Design and deliver EHS training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, HR, operations) to integrate EHS into daily operations and project planning.
Maintain all statutory records and ensure timely submission of reports to regulatory authorities.
Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, leadership coaching, and communication campaigns.
Leadership & Core Competencies
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor EHS teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal teams, senior leadership, and external regulatory bodies.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex EHS data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies for risk mitigation and performance improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building trust and alignment with cross-functional teams, clients, contractors, and government authorities.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 EHS professionals across multiple regions.
Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
(Frequent travel across PAN India as required for audits, training, and client engagements)
Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
Timings: India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM) & Flexible
Experience
Required:
Minimum 12
-14 years in EHS roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
Education:
Bachelor’s in engineering (preferably Environmental, Mechanical, or Electrical)
Industry Exposure: IT, Data Centers, System Integration, Construction or Infrastructure Projects.
Certifications:
NEBOSH International General Certificate, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), IOSH.

Skills:
Risk assessment, incident investigation, EHS software tools, audit protocols, regulatory compliance
Team Handling: This position entails direct supervision of 12 to 15 reportees distributed across multiple regions in PAN India (Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Pune/Hyderabad), requiring proactive leadership, streamlined communication, and alignment of regional operations with organizational objectives
