Overview
Coforge is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Bid Manager (Director level) to lead end‑to‑end bid management, program governance, people management, financial modeling, and innovative pricing strategy initiatives. This role involves managing large and complex bids, developing win strategies, story lining proposals, conducting advanced financial analyses, and designing pricing models that maximize return on investment (RoI) for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large, complex bids (value > ₹20M) from initiation to submission.
Develop, refine, and drive effective win strategies and deal constructs.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, create pricing models, and optimize RoI.
Work with cross‑functional teams across solutioning, delivery, technology, and finance to develop high‑quality proposals.
Create compelling storyline and proposal structures aligned with client requirements.
Ensure all proposals comply with organizational standards, governance processes, and customer expectations.
Mentor and lead team members involved in bid management and proposal writing.
Mandatory Skills
Bid Management
Experience managing and solutioning large bids (> ₹20M)
Ability to create and drive win strategies
Deal construct expertise
Strong Application Solutioning background
Desirable Skills
Solution writing and proposal structuring
Financial engineering
Pricing modeling and scenario creation
