Role Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven  Manager – Operations  to lead and optimize operational workflows across our OPD, AHC, and wellness verticals. The ideal candidate will have strong domain exposure in healthtech aggregators, TPAs, insurers, brokers, or hospital networks and will bring proven experience in managing medium to large teams.

This role requires strong ownership, analytical capability, and the ability to drive operational efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Operations Management
Oversee daily operational processes across OPD, AHC, claims coordination, and provider networks.

Ensure SLA adherence and high-quality service delivery across corporate and insurer partnerships.

Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage medium/large-sized operations teams.

Define performance KPIs and monitor team productivity.

Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
3. Business & Domain Oversight
Develop a working understanding of AHC and OPD business models, utilization metrics, and cost drivers.

Collaborate with insurers, TPAs, hospitals, and brokers to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor operational KPIs such as TAT, claim ratios, provider turnaround, and service quality.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze operational data to derive actionable insights.

Build and review dashboards to track performance metrics.

Recommend improvements based on utilization trends and cost patterns.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, and Sales teams to improve operational workflows.

Support new client onboarding and insurer integrations.

Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual dependencies.

Eligibility &

Experience:

4–8 years of experience in healthtech aggregators, TPAs, insurers, brokers, or hospital/clinic operations.
Hands-on experience in managing healthcare operations.
Mandatory experience managing medium to large teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Experience in fast-paced startup environments preferred.
Basic understanding of AHC and OPD business KPIs (good to have).
