Role Description

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.

Lead , Hire and manage a multi-tier team
Drive team productivity, performance, and engagement aligned with business objectives.
Hire, train, coach, and retain talent. Plan, forecast, and architect monthly targets
Develop a team of performers
Drive topline and bottom-line growth
Support field sales teams with structured follow-ups and deal closures.
Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients.
Analyze client data, segmentation, and performance reports for informed decision-making.
Track KPIs, team performance, and market trends. Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.

Qualifications
Strategic Thinking and Business Development skills
Financial Management, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation expertise
Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Mentorship
Analytical Skills and Proficiency in Interpreting Performance Metrics
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for Effective Collaboration
Proficiency in Business Tools, including Microsoft Office and Data Analysis Software
Strong expertise in sales, client servicing, and retention management.
MBA graduate with strong academics
4-6 yrs. of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention Preference for candidates with team handling experience.
