We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Head to lead and drive all sales initiatives and revenue growth for your region. You will own strategic planning, team leadership, client acquisition, and relationship management with Category B & C real estate developers and brokers. Your mandate is to exceed regional sales targets, grow net sales, and unlock new revenue streams through a diversified product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities  Strategic Oversight   Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans to surpass targets and expand regional market share.
Analyze competitive landscape and adjust strategies for sustained growth.
Team Leadership   Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers.
Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Relationship Management   Build and nurture strong partnerships with developers, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
Product Collaboration   Partner with product teams to refine offerings based on field insights and market needs.
Ensure seamless coordination across functions for flawless execution.
Market Analysis & Industry Expertise   Stay current on real estate and digital advertising trends to inform go-to-market tactics.
Leverage existing industry networks to bolster market presence.
Leadership Excellence & Ethics   Lead by example with high professional and ethical standards.
Champion continuous improvement and integrity in all business dealings.
